When we first brought our puppy home, we were in love, and wanted to give her everything even though she was super hard to train. We soon found her “dog cabinet” filling up with plastic, which we had spent years trying to reduce in our own lives. And she wouldn’t even look at most of the treats in those bags. We boiled chicken. Training was a disaster. It wasn't until we discovered lamb lung that we finally managed to change our relationship with Juniper. We continually fed her small treats at home and around the city and slowly she became a calm, confident, potty-trained and crate-trained delight of a dog.
